Hello FIRSTNAME,

How are you doing? I hope that you are fine.

This is a mail from the MIA team [0]. We just had a look at your DDPO page [1] and we noticed a fair number of open bug reports, including RC_BUGS RC bugs and NMU not acknowledged NMUs. As it looks, PKG-LIST won't be released with STABLE. At least some of the open bugs should be easy to fix.

Also, we have seen no activity from you since LAST-ACTIVITY, we fear that they may be out of date.

If you're still interested in working on Debian, that's great, but we have to find a solution about your packages maintenance.

If you just have too many packages, could you consider orphaning some of them, looking for a co-maintainer or please try and join one of Debian's packaging teams. You can even use Alioth [2][3] to host your packages. Please, also consider join to the LowThresholdNmu [4] list, if you think you won't be reliable to fix important bugs on your packages

Anyway, I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Body variant 2

Hello NAME,

how are you? I hope that everything is ok with you.

Someone in the Debian community asked if you were inactive and that's why I write this e-mail. It looks like your last activity was TIME.

So I'd like to ask: are you still active? We would be happy if you were active again in Debian and went on maintaining your packages, because they won't be in a good shape if you neglect them. Please tell me a little bit about your plans regarding your packages, what you are going to do and when you think you are going to do so.

If you aren't interested in your packages anymore, just tell us as well and we'll try to find new maintainers. In case your packages are co-maintained, you may have lost interest in them so you (or we) can ask not to be mentioned in maintainer fields.

Thank you for all your contributions and regards,

SENDER (on behalf of the Debian MIA team)

Hi FIRSTNAME,

I hope you're doing well.

Did you receive the email above? If you are still around and have time/interest for the Debian Project, please answer now and update your packages or I will have to orphan them on behalf of the QA team. Thanks for your contributions to Debian,
