What can you do?
Help with existing QA efforts.
- Ask what's going on on IRC, or by email (read the archives first to get an idea)
Fix orphaned packages (also orphaned packages with the wrong maintainer), subscribe to bug-reports against orphaned packages
Fix RC bugs
Help with bugs tagged help, security, unreproducible
Look for packages that should be removed: totally buggy, useless, obsolete ... (see this page)
Write man pages (list of packages that need man pages)
Help fix problems reported by Debcheck
Keep an eye on packages with QA as maintainer via debian-qa-packages mailing list
Help fix common mistakes in wnpp bugs. This report is updated daily : WNPP Inconsistencies Report
Help fix debian/watch files. See this howto for details.

You can do most QA related work with only a Salsa account and a wiki account for adjusting documentation. Longer term trusted QA contributors who are also Debian members may be invited to help maintain the QA service infrastructure, which mostly runs itself but may sometimes require manual intervention.
