The namespace kb/ should be used for a Debian related knowledge base. Articles there should focus on providing the best currently known solution for one specific question.
However, it is more important to publish a solution than to do it perfect. Articles are expected to become better through usage and iterative improvements.
Articles should roughly follow this template:
- Problem description
- Environment (e.g. Debian version, architecture, ...)
- Solution
- Root cause / further explanations

Of course, since Debian has no centralized support team, KCS does not fully apply.
