Transport will probably be arranged from the Madrid airport. = Tickets =

Travel is included: in particular ticket from airport of origin to Madrid. A shuttle or something similar will take attendees from the airport to the Creofonte building.

Local organizers take care of booking the tickets: attendees will receive an electronic ticket number via email; this ticket code, and the passport are ''all'' you need in the check-in area.

'''''names given in the booking and in the passport must match *exactly*. Order of names, spelling, capitalisation etc do make a difference. if they don't match people seem to be rather unflexible -> no ticket'''''

If you're not traveling alone (wife/children/friend/whoever) it's going to be easier if you book the ticket by yourself and you will be refunded. Reimbursement can take between 1-3 months.

'''Tickets are top priority''': the sooner you give your details the better.

The place have 11 rooms, 2 of them are individuals with facilities for
disabled people, in two floors. Most of the rooms are triple. I think

room has its own bathroom, with shower, etc. The climatization is
central in the building. Each room also has chairs and a work table,
phone and TV. Check

details (in spanish).
