The Wacom Inkling product is a  Wacom ink pen independant of any tablet. He is apparently not supported under GNU/Linux Debian from stable to unstable.

= Wine =

= Gnome =

In Gnome 3.8 there is a Wacom setting dedicaced to Inkling that you can see if you connect any other Wacom product like a tablet.
