There has been so many discussions regarding 'tiny' packages in the Debian archive.
The most recent example are nodejs packages which contains just a few lines of code.

- There have been various efforts to aggregate tiny packages together into larger packages in the past. I'm familiar with some of those efforts on the Perl team.
