Debian Ruby Sprint February 2020

A Ruby sprint will be organized in Paris on February 3-7 2020, just after Fosdem happening in Brussels (Feb 1st-2nd).

Ruby2.7 transition.
Rails 6.
Redis 4.
aws-sdk v2 vs v3 (find consensus on packaging 200+ gems or a sub set)
Improve team workflow and tools.
Update and fix bugs in packages.
Handle small transitions more responsibly (sourced from breaking GitLab frequently).
Drop dependency from pure-Ruby libraries to the interpreter
