Monthly Ruby team IRC meetings
Goals:
- review status current team-wide actions
- identify volunteers for unassigned actions
- discuss relevant issues for the team

Method:
agenda will be sent in advance to the mailing list (debian-ruby@l.d.o)
- meeting must not last more than 1 hour (the shorter the better)
- notes from the meeting will be posted to the mailing list
