showstopper
- [MJ Ray] Lurker CSS does not set text and background colours in pairs, which means it fails to ensure sufficient contrast - either set both or (preferably for the body, like the current archive) none...
?[madduck] unless lurker's search becomes more powerful, the message URL should encode enough information to let it be searched by the big search engines, e.g. being able to say inurl:1999 to search only messages from that year.
normal
- [MJ Ray] Some page layout (particularly the threading tree) is a mess if graphics are not loaded.
?[madduck] navigation very awkward, for instance on this message, i want to see other messages, the only way to do this is via the back arrow on the top. there should be one at the bottom, and i am not sure it should be pointing backwards, really.
wishlist
- [MJ Ray] cut-and-paste of emails is a bit awkward, with odd spacing between header and body.
?[madduck] an expanded thread view would be helpful. and just if i want to glance over a page quickly to see in which threads someone participated.
?[madduck] i'd want to be able to say show me 50/100/500 messages/threads per page
?[madduck] sort/group by author and by date would be useful
