Task description
Maintaining the Debian keyrings related to Debian Developers (debian-keyring.pgp, debian-keyring.gpg) and Debian Maintainers (debian-maintainers.gpg). This covers the addition of new keys (based on requests from DAM or the DM team), key removals (based on requests from DAM or the maintainer themselves) and key replacements. We also fold in key updates that are sent via HKP to keyring.debian.org.
