Mono -dev package transition
The plan is thus:
1) Prepare packages with non-self-referential rdepends
2) Upload them in a carefully prepared order to minimize broken builds
3) Prepare packages with no rdepends or only self-referential rdepends
4) Upload those
This minimizes the window for applications being unbuildable, without wasting developer time over packages which don't have any impact
bold text is maybe-ftbfs. italic text is maybe-completed. Green means "done", red means "probably fucked" (e.g. upload a -dev library and that goes green, all its reverse-build-depends go red unless they're fine). Mark individual reverse-build-depends as bold to say "unchecked, probably fucked" and italic to say "done, finito, no more problems". Blue means "scheduled for murderizing, do NOT do a -dev" - use strikethrough for the reverse-build-depends to signify "no longer r-b-d on this"
