Kit list per talk room

Audio

2x Headset Radio Mic
2x Handheld Radio Mic (omnidirectional, because people hold them the wrong way)
2x Mic Stands (Good for getting people to queue up to ask questions - use with handheld mics)
4x 2m XLR cable (mic receiver to snake)

• Radio Mics need to be licence free in all 3 ITU regions
• We need to be able to change frequency to avoid interference with other users
• Radio Mics are a minefield regarding licence and available frequencies we can use, the licance exempt spectrum (not 2.4GHz/5GHz) is not wide enough and does not permit more than 2 mics to be used.
• We should purchase only 1 room worth of kit NOW and re-examine later...

Camera

• DSLR sounds nice nut are not suitable for our application because we need units to run for long periods (DSLRs can't keep the CCD cool enough for continious operation)
• We are using SDI as our video interface and really DO NOT want to use adapters.
