Debian Cloud Delegates
Following email from the DPL dated 2018-10-12 below DDs has been delegated as a Debian Cloud Team custodians:

Task Description & Delegate Criteria are described in the detail in former mentioned DPL email.
Anders Ingemann maintains bootstrap-vz which is Debian beginning with Jessie.
Google currently has a team responsible for building the Debian images for Google Compute Engine but welcomes more involvement from Debian itself. Jimmy Kaplowitz can connect you with the right people at Google.
Thomas goirand and Vincent Bernat are helping with the packaging of Google cloud utilities and dependencies.
