Charles Plessy maintains euca2ools and used to maintain cloud-init. Experimented the use of DebianInstaller to create AMIs. Currently inactive.
Thomas Goirand maintains Openstack
EmmanuelKasper created Vagrant base boxes. Currently inactive.
SteveMcIntyre runs the regular builds of official Openstack images
