Summary: Develop a framework for package management on non-networked computers
Required skills: Knowledge of dpkg and apt
Description: Package management strongly depends on internet connectivity. This framework could be built off of apt-zip, adding the ability to download updates to existing packages, support the use of existing tools such as aptitude and synaptic, and use apt-zip for downloading and installing the packages on the original system.
