Debian Web Team Sprint
Location, Date
- when: 15 -17 March 2019
- where: Getafe (Madrid) - work space up to 10 people.
Accommodation
Based on venue location, accommodation in Madrid city is not recommended.
Private rooms in nearby houses, via Airbnb (walk distance to venue, contact larjona for more details) - around 30€ per person per night.
- Checked availability:
- 1 double room in 1 flat;
- 2 double rooms + 1 room with 6 beds in a house.
Hotels:
- Hotel Ibis Madrid Getafe ** (around 50€ double room per night)
Hotel B&B Getafe (around 55€ double room per night).
These 2 hotels are very near each other, a bit far away from the venue (no walk distance), but easy by bus (10-15min).
Other options: ask.
Transport
Depending on how you come to Madrid (train, plane, car) and where will you stay, I'll give specific directions.

Agenda
Proposed group agenda (WIP):
- Homepage reorganisation (content wise)
- CD + distrib section reorganisation
- Move historical content somewhere? (as a static website, for example)
- How can we reduce build time or simplify the build process
- Quick review of each web section, and plan actions together with the corresponding teams (release, ports, etc)
- Quick review of our bug list, and see what can we fix.
If designers are available, we can talk and work on the design and/or prepare a theme for the Buster release, for example.
Personal agendas
larjona's
- If any newbie comes, I can work with them in translations, small bugs or the /users section.
