DebConf Video team sprint @ FOSDEM 2019

Dates

We plan to sprint from Monday January 28th to Friday February 01st, a week before FOSDEM.

Location

The sprint will be held at linuxbe.com training center, in Diegem.

Accommodation

There is crash space available at the training center where the sprint will be held. People should bring the required equipment (mattress, sleeping bag, etc) to sleep there though.

Rooms at the Bed & Breakfast next door to the training center are also available.

Budget

Please add your budget requirements before November 26th

  • €500 - Travel costs for pollo
  • €450 - Rental + fuel + toll costs for olasd (video team hardware and debian booth swag transport)
  • €200 - Feeding the team
  • €1,100 - Travel costs for phls. I am looking the cheaper flights but I am considering the value a little above the exact price. I added a litle more to help with accomodation, if we don't stay together.
  • €580 - Travel costs for highvoltage
