  • Perl 5.28 transition planning/packaging etc

  • add at least some autopkgtest checks to the src:perl packages? (782760)

  • fix or disable known flaky autopkgtest checks in pkg-perl packages so they don't harm testing migration of their dependencies (including perl itself)

  • possibly revisit src:perl versioned Provides, try to fix 867081

  • update packages to new upstream releases

  • cleanup after alioth->salsa move (scripts, docs)
