Note: I called it "registration" system, but we're not focusing only on registration.

 * Think about what we actually want, maybe by way of roughly designing a database that we think would be flexible enough to handle DebConf in all its variations. It's to be expected that this process uncovers a few important questions that we need to discuss, and such discussion/answers might also be the main goal of this sprint.
 * Discuss the scope of such a system (e.g. should it include accomodation?)
 * Report on existing solutions we know
