Introduction

seahorse is a GNOME application (also called 'Passwords and Keys') which easily manage encryption keys and passwords through an intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI). Seahorse is able to do various operations. Such as create SSH or PGP keys, configure them, and cache them.

Installation

If you choose GNOME as the desktop environment, it should already be installed. If not, you can install it by executing the following command in the terminal:

apt-get install seahorse

Help

Seahorse comes with a built-in help. Find it under "Help" menu ---> "Content" option.
