Debian is participating in the 6th Round of the Free & Open Source Software Outreach Women Program.

Background

Debian has been encouraging women to work in the project for years. Statistics show that although we have increased the nubmer of women participants, we still have plenty of room to grow. With this initiative we hope we can encourage more women to join our project.

For who

Any woman who has not previously participated in an Outreach Program for Women or Google Summer of Code and is not yet a a Debian Developer nor a Debian Maintainer. There is no restriction about your age and you don't need to be a student to apply.
