Mobile Broadband Provider Information support

Clarification

Mobile Broadband refers to the package name at GNOME and Debian but what we're actually identifying here is data for mobile phones, not modems or dongles for netbook computers etc.

Background

This page is to help coordinate the collation of voicemail and balance check data for mobile phone non-contract (pre-paid) SIM cards across the world, using Debian contacts.

I've contacted various Debian Developers about this privately already. If your country is not listed, let me know by replying to the email already sent to the mailing list. Names of local contacts are not needed here.

SIMs which are exclusively for 3G networks are not relevant to this process - SIMs which can do 3G but also do other methods are fine.
