Kino is known to work with the following cameras:
- JVC GR D50e - Capture ok, Controller AV/C ok, Record to tape ok
- Canon - Capture ok, Controller AV/C ok, Record to tape ok
- Sony, Panasonic and many other DV cameras should be supported
- Capture OK, Controller AV/C OK, Record to tape Unknown: Sony DCR-HC26.
