DebianOn is an effort to document how to install, configure and use Debian on some specific hardware. Therefore potential buyers would know if that hardware is supported and owners would know how get the best out of that hardware. The purpose is not to duplicate the Debian Official Documentation, but to document how to install Debian on some specific hardware. If you need help to get Debian running on your hardware, please have a look at our user support channels where you may find specific channels (mailing list, IRC channel) dedicated to certain types of hardware. |

Sipeed/LicheeRV
Overall Status
Released in late 2021, based on Allwinner D1 with T-Head ?XuanTie C906. 512MB of RAM. Very inexpensive at approx 20€.
A carrier board adding HDMI, USB and optional WiFi became available later on.
Also available on Seeed.
The Sunxi community (mainlining ?AllWinner ?SoCs features) wiki contains a page about Lichee RV, with instructions to compiling Linux kernel and installing GNU/Linux distributions including Debian on the board.
As January 2022, Lichee RV is not officially supported by Debian and a heavily customized kernel and boot image are required.
Mainlining the required kernel patches might take a long time, see: https://linux-sunxi.org/Linux_mainlining_effort#Status_Matrix
