Cello
The LeMaker Cello is a 96Boards board based on an AMD Opteron A1100 Series SoC. Cello was expected to ship in Q2 of 2016 but has not been released yet.

Debian support
The AMD Seattle platform is supported well in the upstream kernel and is enabled in Debian. There's no device tree file for the LeMaker Cello yet.
LeMaker Cello has UEFI, so Debian should work out of the box.
