Todo:
- follow i18n NMU (it's hard...umm, but I'll do it.)
Think "How to manage with [:L10n/Japanese:improve Japanese Debian environment]?"
- fix IPAfont license translation (almost done it, now ask English native people to review it, again).
make more Japanese font package (ttf-ume, ttf-togoshi-gothic, [http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=463862 ttf-ipafont], [http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=471014 ttf-ipafont-legacy] and so on). If you interest, see [http://iki.fi/juhtolv/japanese/fontsamples/ Juhapekka Tolvanen's page] and discuss with us at [http://pkg-fonts.alioth.debian.org/ Debian Fonts Task Force Mailing list].
- discuss about "wadalab license" issue (I'll do it after lenny)
[http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=491863 ttf-kanjistrokeorders] it's in unstable now.
add Japanese font alternatives support done
mirmon update done
override packages' priority from "extra" to "optional", contact ftpmasters.done
chasen update (coordinate with upstream about [http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=486204 license issue]) done!
I hope...
- if we can search ITPed software, it would be useful.
- split ITP steps
- add "Restriction:" section to debian/control in contrib/non-free package. It helps users and developers why this software is NOT in main and how to deal with that (or how to negotiate change its license :-).
Oh, god, apt is not secure? see [http://www.cs.arizona.edu/people/justin/packagemanagersecurity/attacks-on-package-managers.html Attacks on Package Managers], and think how to deal with this issue.
