- import the old libvmime stuff and applied the patches from Zarafa

- icedove: imported last upstream Thunderbird version as 38.0~b2
- icedove-l10n: imported last upstream changes into 38.0~b2
- iceowl-l10n: adopt version dependencies for 3.8-2 (the current 4.0b2 lacks a lot of localizations, better skip)

- prepare the integration of the new imports of upstream sources and the debian parts to the repository on colab-maint
SOGo
- Uploaded latest SOGo version to unstable
- Updated the libwbxml package to the latest upstream release and modernized the packaging (the last upload was more than 5 years ago)
