Changes in GNOME for Debian trixie

Updates of regular core GNOME packages

eog is superseded by loupe
cheese is superseded by snapshot
gnome-music is the default music player but it is only a Recommends to enable it to be easily swapped with other music player apps
gnome-initial-setup and transmission are no longer installed by default
gnome-tour is now pre-installed
The gnome-games metapackage is no longer pre-installed
The GNOME Classic session and gnome-shell-extensions are no longer installed by default. The extensions have been split to separate binary packages and there is a new gnome-classic package to enable installing only the extensions you want.
