LGeneral

strategy game in the tradition of Panzer General

LGeneral is a free software game engine which allows playing the original Panzer General WW2 scenarios. Unfortunately the game data is non-free and not suitable to be distributed by Debian.

The actual version in Debian is far outdated and needs a major update. I'm working on a new release at the moment. So far it seems that LGeneral 1.2.3 will work with the original Panzer General data but addons and scenarios offered on the official sourceforge homepage of lgeneral are not free.

More documentation is on the way.
