If such a page doesn't exist, ### create one. For example, if you've written a tip about configuring ### $SOME_PROGRAM in Debian, don't slap a link to it onto the ### front page. Instead, look for a page listing such tips, and add ### your page to it. If such a tips page doesn't exist, create one, and ### move any other tips from the front page to it.
