		* planning the three tracks of the hackathon
			* 30+ guests
				* mostly beginners, most probably come from mac or windows background
				* some will want to stay for lunch talk and the "how to install" portion only, because not all are coders
					* only 2 are "advanced users of !FreedomBox"
					* background in data science, entrepreneurship
					* expect less than half to set up development environments

			* installfest 30 minutes
			* full room used for each track, one at a time
			* for the development section, we can split people up into pairs to work together on issues
			* development environment: works on mac, not sure if works on windows
		* if they don't have experience with python or git, is there anything they can work on?
			* Translations and changes to the website
			* python, git, and django are required skills for contributing code during the hackathon
				* ask if they want to only code on issues requiring python/git/django, or if they also want to learn about debian packaging
			* danny will find out how many registrants want to stay for the installfest vs. the development tracks
				* tell people to bring their own ethernet cords
		* Projector is available with HDMI, VGA and !DisplayPort connectors
		* We will setup an Ethernet LAN with some backup Ethernet cables
