- Start building buster images in place of testing images

- we should catch issues early by testing unstable images. We should be more proactive in testing our unstable images.
- Add Debian CI autopkgtests for plinth and freedombox-setup
- we could go slow with marketing and allow the first release of hardware to function as a test aimed mainly at experienced users. After some period of time in which we've identified and solved some issues, we can improve the approach and then market to the average consumer who has no tech expertise.
