Installation and usage
The package in unstable http://packages.debian.org/sid/flashplugin-nonfree is suitable for Lenny (stable) and Squeeze (testing).
How to update the Adobe Flash Player :
update-flashplugin-nonfree --install
The newest release version of the Adobe Flash Player is 10.1.102.65, and that is, as expected, the version installed on i386. On amd64 the 64 bit preview release 10.2.161.23 is installed.

Remember that if you need the Flash Player to work with pulse, you can ask libasound to do so in your ~/.asoundrc:
pcm.pulse { type pulse } ctl.pulse { type pulse } pcm.!default { type pulse } ctl.!default { type pulse }
To verify the Adobe Flash Player version number installed on your system, access the About Flash Player page, or right-click on content running in Flash Player and select "About Adobe (or Macromedia) Flash Player" from the menu.
