Other updates

  • firmware-nonfree: iwlwifi needs firmware-iwlwifi. Updating firmware-nonfree (0.4) from etch with firmware-nonfree (0.10) from unstable is unproblematic.

  • ivtv: ivtv needs updated ivtv-utils for 2.6.24, see #448893

  • kqemu: needs update to build with both 2.6.18 and 2.6.24, but is trivial. upload pending.
