Branden Robinson is seeking feedback on whether or not to run for Debian Project Leader this year. He is wondering how many people support him running. See http://people.debian.org/~branden/dpl/to_run_or_not_to_run_in_2005.html for details.
This page is a place for people to register support for a Branden campaign. Please use the edit features and list yourself here if you want him to run. Listing yourself doesn't necessarily mean that you intend to vote for him; just that you'd like to see him in the process. Feel free to add brief comments.

I think Branden's platform lists many serious issues that need fixing with Debian, and others have been unable to fix them. See http://people.debian.org/~branden/dpl/campaign/2004/platform.xhtml for details.

I see in Branden a viable candidate for DPL. I do not really understand why he needs a vote prior to a vote, but I think he should nominate himself. He is certainly an important candidate to consider and will help to raise the bar for the election.
Nick Rusnov
I think that Branden would make an excellent DPL and has shown himself to be extremely dedicated to Debian.
Gustavo Noronha Silva
I think Branden will do good things for Debian with his strong opinions and fearless ways.
Graham Wilson
I liked Branden's platform from the last two years, and I hope that he will run again this year.

I enthusiastically support Branden's candidacy for DPL 2005. I believe we have seen several years of smooth sailing, but very little progress in organizational and process issues. I believe that Branden will act on the goals articulated in his previous platforms. Once he has said he will accept the nomination, I would be honored to be one of the people who nominate him.
