Rather then re invent how the IRC meetings should be run from scratch, please use the Games/Meetings page as your guide. If (when!) you come up changes, any Derivatives specific items should be listed here, any generic items on the aforementioned wiki page.
Until a meeting has been through the process of finding a time and date, there is no wiki page for it. For this, you can use Derivatives/Meetings/Next as a holder for any items (eg, agenda, poll location, notes, todos) relating to the new poll. When the poll has an official, dated page, the relevant parts of the Next page should be copied into it.
