  • Infopoint tasks: register participants (by nick), handle welcome packs, answer doubts (about the venue, the event, the schedule, etc).

  • Talks room tasks: introduce the speaker and time management of the talk with speaker reminders. Volunteers should stay in the room during the whole talk.

  • Hacklab: support participants.

  • Video: videoteam volunteers and tasks are being organized in the Video page.

Other tasks

  • Prepare the "welcome pack" (t-shirt, flyers...)

Solveig (I don't know when it will be done, but i'm in barcelona the days before, i guess it could be better to do it beforehand if we already have everything)
