The First Venezuelan MiniDebConf is going to happen between October 17th. and 21th., 2006, in Maturín, Venezuela, together with the [http://foromundial.solve.net.ve/ 4th. World Forum on Free Knowledge]. Benjamin Mako Hill and Enrico Zini are between the people invited to the Forum. Information in english will be published here, but we're aiming for spanish-only information right now. = Where and how? =
