Let me quote Kazutoshi Ando WWW:

  1. download pseudo-image-kit from http://www.uk.debian.org/~costar/pseudo-image-kit/

    Unix: : pseudo-image-kit-2.0.tar.gz md5sum=66252c5b4b23412e72bc9309ae69c19f

  2. uncompress pseudo-image-kit.
  3. Read the Readme file.

  5. make pseudo image (about 2 hours)
    make-pseudo-image binary-i386-1.list ftp://ftp.jp.debian.org/debian
