DebianMed/Rosetta

The molecular dynamics tool Rosetta (http://www.rosettacommons.org) is currently not part of the Debian distribution because of its rather restrictive license, although that might change.

The knowledge how to create a Debian package for it is nontheless shared with us, more on the Debian Med blog and the Rosetta forum.
