As of 5th August 2007, a new "Debian Maintainers" keyring has been created. Contributors to Debian can go through a short process to add their key to this keyring. They then are able to obtain limited upload rights to the Debian archive. == Introduction ==

Debian Maintainers are people who are not full developers but have a restricted ability to upload packages to the Debian archive.
