KDE 3.5

The transition to KDE 3.5 is being done at the same time as a dbus 0.23->0.60 transition. The transition to sid has started as of 20060105. As of 20060114 all of KDE 3.5.0 but kdevelop is in unstable.

As usual, it is hard to estimate when this transition will be complete.
