We need experienced programmers, as well as translators, and documentation writers to help continuing development of the DebianInstaller.
Here's how to help:
Sign up to the [http://lists.debian.org/debian-boot/ debian-boot mailing list] and introduce yourself.
Browse the [http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/d-i subversion repository].
Get a [http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/svn subversion checkout] of DebianInstaller
Check the [http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/svn/debian-installer/installer/doc/TODO TODO] for tasks needing attention.
Fix any of the ?DebianInstallerBugs. Or check to see if bugs still exist.
* Process installation reports. See ?ProcessingInstallationReports.
Translators, see the [http://people.debian.or * ProcessingInstallationReportsg/~seppy/d-i/translation-status.html translation status page].
Another way to help is to test the Debian-Installer on your hardware, especially if you have access to non Intel computers.
