== Updates ==
 * Content team - Almost all the talks are confirmed, except for Diveristy BoF.    Exceeding in one or two talks is okayish. No QnA for it then.
 * Pubilcity team - start publicizing talk. Batch micronews and publicize talk schedule. AR will create posters for schedule
 * Video team - ask about SReview, #debconf-video meeting on 19th.
 * Tshirt - holidays due to festival, company will start dispatch on Monday.
 * Video volunteers need to take extra care of not mixing Rex and Buzz. Cryptpad sheet instead of wiki for volunteering with tasks.
 * Loopy video - AR with work with Subin for it.
 * Speakers familiarization meeting - starting tomorrow will happen everyday till 20th.
 * Ask for one more video training session if more volunteers turn up.
