Testing
Testing of our collaboration infrastructure ahead of the time will be crucial. Please add your name here if you'd like to participate in testing ahead of time.

Random ideas
debcamp?
Two (or more) days of debcamp beforehand might be nice, even if it's bit weird to take time off work for an online conference, but on the other hand, at normal conferences also lots of communication goes over IRC, one just knows, that people are there and will have time so one could emulate that.
Also it would have not much organization overhead if any, just needs people, who would want to participate (and either have free time or take time off).
Is anyone else interested in this?
