- use wafer for registration too
- It doesn't look like the minidebconf registration in wafer does CoC, but no reason that couldn't be fixed if notified early enough
- have in mind there are 34 beds, but 3 double beds. Also only one room with 2 beds without climbing (which has also another double bed with climbing)
have two people (at least) on the cfp & content team, as decisions need to be made during the event and thats more stressful if one is alone to decide...
- someone other than h01ger should make sure again that daily standups happen (joostvb volunteers for this, and will search for standins for days when he's not participating)
- daytrip would be really nice. thursday? friday?
