this is the budget for the MiniDebConf 2019 in Hamburg:

An additional buffer of 1000€ for misc expenses was also approved on June 1st bt the DPL.

estimated costs for cantina / food

• approx: lunch 7€ per person, dinner 13€ per person
• 20190604: 2 arriving, 0 leaving, 2 people at venue at the end of the day.
• 20190605: 35 arriving, 0 leaving, 37 people at venue at the end of the day.
• 20190606: 7 arriving, 0 leaving, 44 people at venue at the end of the day.
• 20190607: 11 arriving, 1 leaving, 54 people at venue at the end of the day.
• 20190608: 5 arriving, 3 leaving, 56 people at venue at the end of the day.
• 20190609: 0 arriving, 37 leaving, 19 people at venue at the end of the day.
• 20190610: 0 arriving, 18 leaving, 1 people at venue at the end of the day.
• 191 people days counted, though probably on 75 people days people only eat one meal. There's no food in cantina on the 4th, 9th and 10th.
• estimate: (116*20)+(75*10)=3070€
• estimate for pizza lunch on the 9th: 300€
• estimate for dinner on the 9th: 350€

Misc. costs

• 33.36€ for batteries and gaffa tape for the videoteam
• 12.98€ for additional nametag supplies (we have leftovers from 2018) and DIN A4 laminating pouches (for signs)
• 12.04€ for pouches for mailing shirts to sponsors
