Booth Shifts
We should have (at least) two people every day, all the time between 09:30 and 18:00 (shifts start at 09:00 so you can't be late :P).

Details (in German) from last year:
Die Standardgröße eines Standes beträgt 2.7 x 2 m. Wenn Ihr mehr Platz benötigt und das bisher noch nicht mitgeteilt habt, antwortet bitte kurz auf diese Mail.
Jeder Stand bekommt eine Pinnwand (Moderatorentafel), die mit Postern und Ähnlichem versehen werden kann, als Rückwand.
Weiterhin gibt es normale Tische und Stühle sowie Stehtische.
Leider ist die Internetanbindung auch in diesem Jahr nicht so üppig wie wir das gerne hätten. Dies ist der Location geschuldet - mehr geht ohne massiven finanziellen Aufwand einfach nicht. Es werden wieder zwei 16 MBit/s ADSL-Leitungen ihren Dienst tun.
Wir bitten aber trotzdem nicht übermütig zu werden und das Internet lieber von zu Hause aus runterzuladen.
Die WLAN-Versorgung auf der Ausstellungsfläche und - soweit möglich - in den Vortragsräumen ist sichergestellt. Wir bitten darum, keine eigenen Access-Points einzusetzen.
Für Eure Anbindung an Strom und LAN stellen wir einen Netzwerkport (Ethernet mind. 100 MBit) und eine Schukosteckdose (230 V) zur Verfügung. Bitte denkt an eventuell notwendige zusätzliche Mehrfachsteckdosen o. Ä. Diese können von uns aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
