Rhalina: I'll be there most of the time as I'm one of the two responsible for the booth, but I just put in the slots where I need to be there (setting up and closing down). Please insert your prefered timeslots and Arne and me will fill in the gaps.

Booth details
Similar to last year, i.e. two tables (80x120cm²) and some space for posters, etc. Our booth should be close to GRML and Sidux and will be located in the "Mensa" (canteen) at basically the same place as last year (as far as I know).
Decoration:
- Live demo (any suggestions?)
- Merchandise nicely arranged on the tables
- Posters, swirls
- large Debian banner (where is it at the moment?)?
Hotel Rooms
FrOSCon Orga just send a mail that they can provide hotel rooms for a reasonable price at Hotel Regina (next to the university) for exhibitors. For friday and saturday night they can offer a bed in a double room for 25 Euro and a bed in a three bed room for 20 Euro per person and night.
Unfortunately there is only a limited number of rooms left, so the rooms will be given away on "first come, first served" basis. If you want a room please decide quickly and fill in the hotel information on the staff list (if you have questions feel free to add them here or sent a mail to the booth coordinators )
Update: Room organisation for all the people who asked is done. I'm not sure if there're rooms left, but we can ask

We'll get merch stuff from formorer (via kernel concepts) again. Would be nice to pick up the boxes at his home (at the moment it seems like rhalina can do this)
