We will have a Debian booth at CLT12, our project was accepted. The Chemnitzer ?LinuxTage 2010 take place from Saturday 13 March to Sunday 14 March 2010 in the "Orangerie" Chemnitz. Hints for maintaining a booth at CLT12 can be found here.
Organisation
If you plan to attend the event, just add yourself to the table below.
To get a Debian name-tag by the CLT team, you have to be registered as participant of the debian booth at CLT, so don't forget to send a mail to JanWagner if you want to be listed. The people official registered for the booth will have free entry, food, indoor camping and free entry to the Get-Together-Party at saturday. For the indoor camping, you need to register by yourself.
The number of people which can be official registered for one booth is limited and you have to notify Jan until 17th Feb 2010. If you are a speaker, then you already have your free entry and don't need to be added for the boot, but you are welcome to help at the booth.
Keysigning can be done via the Keysigning Party and||or individual.
open tasks:
- create a poster
- add booth layout and map to wiki
- register additional people, which hopefully join the booth
- organize decoration and merchandise?
organize a beamer
- if there are more information get them added to debian.org/events/
- talks, keysigning info to debian.org/events
